Return/Refund Policies
Our return policy:

Due to the fact that all our products are custom made,
one of a kind items and can not be resold to anyone else, our policy is to replace them within
the same production time-line as the original order. We do require digital pictures of damage and an e-mail with a written description of the
damage. Please e-mail us at cassel_custom.models.com

Shipping damage:

Please examine your model IMMEDIATELY upon delivery.

All products are shipped by UPS/FedEx and are protected by their damage policies. Any damages that are a result of mishandling will be claimed
through UPS/FedEx by Cassel Custom Models. If your package arrives with obvious damage call it to the attention of the courier. We need digital
pictures of the damage for our claim.

Privacy policy:

Cassel Custom Models does not sell E-mail addresses or other personal information of its clients to any third party. We do not store any personal
information on our servers. We will not send spam mail, U.C.E. (unsolicited commercial e-mail) or other information without your express
permission. We believe in preserving your privacy, not exploiting it.

The majority of orders we ship are complete and accurate. Although every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of your order, please be aware
that occasional mistakes may happen due to the fact that all products are 100% hand made and painted, thus making each product unique and one
of a kind.
